Below you will find a quick list of some of our customers most frequently asked questions as well as information about our shipping and privacy policies. FAQ's
Q: How long will my item take to reach me?
A: It depends on the item you purchased. In most cases you will see a note in the item description that lets you know how long your item will take to get to you.
- Digital items are available for immediate download as soon as your purchase is complete
- In-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days and could take up to 2 weeks for shipping depending on the item.
- Most of our items ship out directly from our fulfillment center and depending on their work flow can take longer. We custom print, make or build your product when you order it. Please be patient. We are doing the best we can to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible. The holidays can slow down our turn around times slightly.
- In most cases an out of stock item can still be ordered and we will do our best to keep you updated with estimated delivery dates.
- If you see something you love but it you don't see it in your size, style, or color, dpn't hesitate to reach out. We are happy to try and get you exactly what you are looking for!
Q: What if I am not happy with my product once I receive it.
A: Your happiness and satisfaction is our biggest goal. But if for any reason you are not 100% happy with any item received*, we will gladly refund your purchase price or offer you a store credit. (*Some exclusions apply. For a complete explanation of our REFUND POLICY, please see the information below.)
Q: Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
A: Our system can only accept one coupon at a time. Coupon codes cannot be combined and you must enter the information for the code you want to use.
Q: My order status says, "pending." What does that mean?
A: 'Pending' just means that our system successfully received your order! Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, we'll email you a tracking number, and your order status will change to 'Shipped.'
Q: What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?
A: Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
Q: I just placed an order yesterday, and now you're offering a coupon. Can I use it on my previous order?
A: If your order was placed in the last 60 minutes, we can absolutely apply the coupon to it! However, we are unable to apply a coupon to an order after 60 minutes have passed due to system limitations.
Q: How do I change my email preferences?
A: If you've joined the Salmon Olive email list, you're automatically set to receive information about new products, fun contests, exclusive opportunities, and sales, as well as other news and important order info. You can also customize the types of messaging you wish to receive. To customize your settings – first make sure you're signed in, then click on your name at the top of the page to access your email settings. From there, you can select, adjust, or limit your email preferences as you wish!
Q: How can I get in touch with you?

Shipping Policy
Because most of our products are custom printed, made or built for you at the time you order it, sometimes it may take a tiny bit longer to ship them to you than others. Please be patient and know that we are doing our absolute best to get everything you want, need and desire to you in the fastest way possible. If we expect long shipping times, you will usually see it noted on the product pages. If you live in the US, your items will be prepared for you in 3-5 business days and take 5-10 days to be delivered. We will keep you updated and let you know what is going on via email as progress is made. Refund Policy
You can return any unworn or unwashed item of clothing, or any unused, unopened home goods item/merchandise for up to 30 days from the ship date. Returns made within 30 days of the order ship date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns cannot be accepted that are over 30 days old, or if the item has been customized for you.
If an item is marked as FINAL SALE, or it has been CUSTOMIZED FOR YOU, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. If an item is final sale it will be noted in the item description on the product page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, and must be in it's original packaging.
Non-returnable/refundable items:

- Perishable goods such as food or flowers
- Products that have been customized

Privacy Policy
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
The safety of your information is our top priority. We NEVER sell or share your information with other services.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, the information you give us such as your name, address and email address is stored safely in our database. We DO NOT SAVE or store any credit card information in our system.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Any email marketing we do happens with your permission. Your permission is granted to us by you at the time of your purchase. You can opt out of being included on our email list. However, even if you opt out of being included on our email list, you will still receive information about your purchase.
If you choose to stay on our email list, we may from time to time send you emails specific to our store about upcoming sales, new products and other updates. You can easily opt our from our list at any time by clicking on the link found at the bottom of our emails and checking the unsubscribe box.
We honor and respect you and will not share or sell your information with any other vendor or service.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you would like to opt out of being on our email list, simply clicking on the link found at the bottom of any of our emails. That will redirect you to a page where you can check the unsubscribe box and submit your request. That is all you have to do. It may take 1-5 days to be completely removed from all of our lists. If you feel like you are still receiving emails from us that you do not wish to receive, feel free to email us at GetLove@SalmonOlive.com and let us know.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
