SHIPPED WITH LOVE

Please allow 3-10 business days for processing. Some in-stock items may ship as soon as 1-2 days, but many of our products are created for you as soon as you order, so they may take the full 10 days to be created.

Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.  We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 

RETURNS

You can return any unworn or unwashed item of clothing, or any unused, unopened home goods item/merchandise for up to 30 days from the ship date. Returns made within 30 days of the order ship date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns cannot be accepted that are over 30 days old, or if the item has been customized for you.

If an item is marked as FINAL SALE, or it has been CUSTOMIZED FOR YOU, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. If an item is final sale it will be noted in the item description on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, and must be in it's original packaging.
