Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Some in-stock items may ship as soon as 1-2 days, but many of our products are created for you as soon as you order, so they may take the full 5 days to be created. During the holiday season, the production times may increase by 3-5 days.
Shipping times typically range from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

If they do happen to get dirty, simply remove case from phone and wash with warm, soapy water. Do not scrub with anything abrasive or put in dishwasher. Lay flat to dry after washing and replace on phone ONLY AFTER it is completely dry.
